The firm was established in 2023, leveraging 30 years of industry experience to provide land planning and approvals for select clients primarily in the South Central Pennsylvania region. Madary Engineering & Design is committed to excellent client service, quality, and practical and attractive design.
As a seasoned civil engineer and project manager, Dave has led numerous site master planning and land development projects across sectors, managing work through every phase — due diligence, concept, land development, project approvals, and construction drawings. Project success relies heavily on the municipal approval process, so a priority is establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with municipal staff to keep projects moving efficiently.
